Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition.
To help to reduce the waste please consider reusing the original mailing envelope when returning your item.
We reserve the right to refuse return that do not meet these conditions.
Please email us on gaiafightwear@gmail.com to start the return. Please include a small note inside your parcel with your name, order number and whether you would like a refund or size exchange.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for item lost in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Your bank provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Size exchanges
If you need a different size, we're happy to exchange your item, subject to stock availability.
The item must be unworn and unwashed. Customers are responsible for the costs of returning the original item. We will send the replacement item once we've received the return.
